How much is my delivery fee?

Delivery amounts will appear in the right hand side of your cart when your address and postcode is entered. It is determined by distance from our HQ location KL.

Can I pick a specific delivery time?

If you require a specific timing; please organize for self collection from a third party delivery service at our Glasshouse @ Seputeh HQ location instead for more control over timing. Please remember to book a car and not a bike.

What time is the delivery?

Deliveries will be made from a window of 11am-3pm. Other timing requests is possible with exceptions of some menu items; please make your special requests at 012-5081855 and we will do our best.

In situations of undelivered orders.

Item will be returned to our HQ for sender’s self collection if recipient is uncontactable or there is a no show no pickup at the location.

Does door to door delivery include shopping malls/hotels/restaurants?

For hotels or restaurants, delivery is made to the reception if reservation details are provided or if staff are willing to collect the cake on your behalf. We will take a picture of the delivery condition of the items at handover.
Locations that require our drivers to park and walk in to make the delivery may incur charges. We recommend that someone meet them at the drive by pickup points to avoid additional fees.

Can we change delivery address or timing after order is confirmed?

Yes certainly; please send us a whatsapp at 0125081855 to have this organized at least 24 hours before delivery date.

Is Delectable halal certified?

So sorry we can’t change our recipes; but we suggest to opt for tarts instead of cakes if sugar levels are a issue.

I have food allergies.

All our products contain gluten and sugar, making them unsuitable for diabetics and those on a keto diet. We also handle nuts and gluten in our kitchen, which may pose a risk to individuals with allergies. For vegans and vegetarians please check out our vegan and eggless selection.
