Will you charge me extra?

All changes must be done at least 24 hours before the date stated in your order details; there will be an additional charge for change of this information on the actual date.

Do you do same day delivery?

Yes on our oddle site at www.delectablebysu.oddle.me

Can I buy over the counter?

Yes, most of our products are available for purchase over the counter at The Gardens Mall and Glasshouse at Seputeh outlets (upon pre-order). Please see link here for addresses and opening hours.

How to make payment on webstore?

We accept most major credit cards, debit cards and e-wallets via iPay88 on our webstore.

How to keep my custom cakes/cupcakes?

Custom cakes and cupcakes must be kept in an air-conditioned room at all times.

How many days in advance do I need to order?

We do next day delivery for all products on our webstore unless otherwise stated.

The item I want is not on oddle! Can I still order from you?

Please contact us at 012-5081855 to check stock availability. Same day delivery is chargeable, the fee depends on your delivery address.

How long can it last?

We highly recommend that the cakes/desserts be served and enjoyed on the day of delivery as we make them fresh daily without any preservatives.

Cakes/desserts with fresh fruits must be consumed on the same day.

I cannot make payment. What do I do?

Please contact us at 012-508 1855 with a screenshot of the issue you are facing.

When can you deliver?

Kindly note that our delivery timing is between 11am – 4pm daily.

Do you deliver to my location?

For all our webstore products, we ship to limited locations in the Klang Valley.

You can check if your area is within our coverage area by keying in your full delivery address including postcode at the checkout page. If your only shipping option is Local Pickup Glasshouse at Seputeh this means that:

1. Your shipping address and postcode is wrong, OR
2. Your location is not within our delivery coverage area

Can I bring my own cake/food/drinks?

Strictly no outside cakes, food and drinks allowed. We have cakes available for purchase over the counter or you can order in advance for more variety.

Do you do refunds/exchanges?

Following our company policy, we do not offer refunds in cash. Please drop us an email at [email protected] for any issues that arise and we will do our best to work out a solution with you.

Where is the cake knife and candle?

Please look inside the white box directly beneath the cake for your cake knife, happy birthday tag and 1 candle.

Why didn’t I receive my order confirmation email?

Please check back in 15-30mins or check your spam/junk folder.

Can I choose a delivery time?

If you require a specific delivery time, please arrange for your own runner to collect your order from our HQ at Glasshouse at Seputeh.

If you have paid for delivery, we can schedule it for you using a third party delivery service.

What to do if my delivery area is not covered?

In this case, you can arrange your own pick up (i.e. Lalamove, Grab delivery etc). Ask the runner to quote the recipient’s name/order number when collecting at our Glasshouse cafe between 11am to 5pm.

How about parking?

Free parking available inside Glasshouse at Seputeh

Do you use Halal ingredients?

We are pork-free and alcohol-free. We are not Jakim-certified however all our suppliers of hot foods, meats and baking supplies are Halal-certified. We have no certification of our own due to construction restrictions of our production kitchen.

Can I have extra candles?

We provide a maximum of 3 complimentary candles by request. You may purchase specific number and decorative candles via this link here

Can I get an invoice?

The order confirmation automatically sent to you is the official invoice; we are unable to issue another one however we can provide a receipt if you require. Please email your order details to [email protected] for a receipt.

Can I self collect?

Yes please make your order on the webstore and select “self collection” at checkout – this option will appear after you enter your billing address.

Can I send a surprise gift/festive hamper?

Please provide the recipient’s contact number so that we are able to let them know a surprise delivery will be on the way.

If your number is an international number, please provide us with a local number to contact upon arrival at the delivery address.

Can I choose the flowers?

Flower choices are seasonal and change daily as we buy them fresh in the morning

I have allergies, can you accommodate special requests?

Do let us know in advance if you and your guests may have allergies to certain types of food or ingredients.

Why are some dates red and some dates green on the calendar when I try to choose a date?

It is a coding error. It does not affect delivery for any particular dates, please proceed with your order as usual.

What time can I come to collect my order?

Your order can be picked up at our Glasshouse cafe between 11am to 5pm.

When you say custom orders, what do you mean?

We can do custom cakes, festive hampers and a variety of desserts, let us know what you fancy and we will try our best to make it happen!

The flower comes with how many balloons?

3 helium balloons

Do you have anything gluten-free?

Not right now, but feel free to voice your requests and we will try to have something specially made for you.

Will my order be exactly like the picture?

Yes we try to make it as consistent as possible however in the event that there are any issues we will swap it for a similar item of equal or greater value.

Can I send a runner to pick up my order? What info do I need to provide?

Yes, please book a car instead of a motorbike to ensure that your order reaches you in good condition. The runner can quote your order number or name to collect from us.

Can you deliver to me?

Delivery service is provided for customised cakes within our delivery coverage area. Our quoted prices include delivery to your location.

Can I change delivery date/address/message?

Yes, please WhatsApp us at 012-5081855 and provide your order number and the detail(s) to be edited.

There’s no one to receive. Can you send it to me later or send to a different address?

There will be an additional charge to resend the order at a later time within the same day.

You may choose to send your own runner to collect from us latest by 5pm on the same day.

How long in advance do I need to place my order?

We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure that we have a slot available for you.

Can you deliver?

We can deliver to Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya and surrounding townships of the Klang Valley.

Not available for nationwide deliveries.

How long can I leave it outside?

Cakes/desserts can be kept at room temperature for not more than 2 hours and must be refrigerated after that.

Cakes/desserts must not be left under direct sunlight or heat.
