Refund Policy

1. All Delectable products are non-refundable; no cash refunds will be allowed once the order has been confirmed by the customer. In the event of any cancellation, Delectable will provide store credits to the customer. Store credits are valid for one (1) year from the date of delivery.

2. Delectable can hold your order for up to one (1) year from your original delivery/collection date, with valid reasons brought to our attention. Kindly email us at [email protected] and we will be happy to assist in any way we can. To redeem within the one (1) year validity, please provide us with the order number or order details, name of purchaser and contact number.

3. For non-receipt of items, there will be a charge for re-delivery.

4. All refunds made will not include delivery charges and taxes.

5. Refunds will be made via bank transfer to the purchaser’s bank account. Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to be processed, however during busy periods it may take longer to process.

6. For parties and events, Delectable allows postponement of up to one (1) year in the event that our customer cannot go through with the original confirmed date and time provided we are informed of it a minimum of one (1) week before the party/event date. Refund requests can be made through our email at [email protected] and we will review it on a case-by-case basis. Customers may also convert the amount paid to credits that can be redeemed throughout the next twelve (12) months for Delectable goods and services (eg: gift sets, custom cakes, festive hampers).
